3-6...So, the Royals are 3-6. Losing three straight didn't help. But Zack Greinke is pitching well with a 1-1 record and a 1.38 ERA. Four of the losses came when KC scored less than three runs, so the hitting is a bit streaky at the moment. Sure, they played two tough teams in the first nine games, but the Royals need to win a series. Soon.
That said, I'm still trying to stay optimistic. Two of the losses were by a run and and two more were by only three runs.
If they can take three of four from Baltimore starting tonight, that should give the team a good shot of confidence.
